Do not sell or share my personal information

Last updated October 12, 2026

Gymment, operated by The Eagles Marketing, does not sell your personal information and does not share it for advertising. This page explains what that means and how to make a request.

Our commitment

The Eagles Marketing does not, through Gymment:

  • Sell personal information to anyone.
  • Share personal information with advertisers or ad networks.
  • Use personal information for advertising that follows people across other sites or apps.
  • Sell or share the information of anyone under 16.

What we do share, and why

We share information with the companies that run the product for your gym, only so they can do that job. This is not a sale. These companies are Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and, if you turn on push notifications, your browser's push service.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it. The Privacy Policy lists these cases.

Your gym is a separate business

If you are a member of a gym, the gym decides what it does with your records. The Eagles Marketing processes them for the gym, and does not sell them. If you want to know or limit what the gym does, contact the gym.

Browser opt-out signals

Because we do not sell or share personal information, an opt-out signal from your browser, such as Global Privacy Control, does not change anything about how we handle your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, such as in California and other US states, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, to know what we hold, to ask for a copy, to correct or delete it, and to be treated the same whether or not you use these rights.

How to make a request

Write to contact@theeaglesmarketing.com. Put the name of this page in the subject, tell us which gym you belong to, and tell us what you would like, for example to record an opt-out or to see what is held about you.

We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, and you may use an authorized agent if you tell us so in writing. We answer within the time the law gives us, which is 45 days in California. For records that belong to a gym, we may pass your request to the gym.

Changes and contact

If this ever changes, we will update this page first. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact@theeaglesmarketing.com.
